Character Name: Malia Tate

AU information/differences from canon: Stiles has some residual Nogitsune powers and fox smells so she's dealing with that.
Personality: Malia Tate is not a truly social creature, yet. Spending eight years in the woods, she's gotten a more wild and animalistic nature to her. She's cynical in nature of how most people work. Her understanding on most things such as school, forgiveness, even holding back some of her thoughts. Speaking her mind is something that can get her in just as much trouble as her short temper or impatience. She holds, even if she's working on pushing it away, a survival of the fittest view of life. That along with fight or flight instincts lead to her being likely to get herself into trouble.
She also has some guilt issues. Blaming herself for what happened to her mother and sister when she transformed that night. She doesn't remember everything that happened that night, but after that, she basically banished herself to the woods herself, in a sense. That, combined with an eventual lesson in 'Oh great my dad is satan in a v-neck and my mom is some super spy assassin bitch great', she sees herself at not much more than a killer. She feels bad that she can't talk to her dad about it, as well.
However, with her friends, she is loyal and protective. She's learning, with the help of Scott and the rest of his pack, how to acclimate properly to current day. They have her trust and friendship which is tough to come across. Even then she can seem a bit on the harsh side of... Well.. Everything. With their help, especially Stiles, seeing as they have in fact begun a relationship, has helped her become more tame than wild. Something that is especially helpful with her attitude.
While slowly becoming more and more tame, she still shows to have a long enough way to go that things will be tough. She doesn't understand the concept of forgiveness, something that might not come into consideration for a while here. Hopefully, at least. She's started to learn acceptance, as strange as it is, with Stiles not having a purely human scent like she had first learned.
Powers/Abilities: Enhanced hearing, sight, smell, strength, agility, stamina. Fast healing, eyes can flash bright blue, claws, fangs, she's got a roar, too. I think I got 'em all. OH. Fully coyote transformation she's working to get again because she can't remember how she managed.
Items on your character: Clothes on her back and 3 different kinds of markers. Yellow and green highlighters, and a red marker she also uses for highlighting.
